GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
1.1. Registration for the seminar is done in writing or via the corresponding online form and is binding.
1.2. Upon registration, the full participation fee becomes due. Alternatively, payment can be made in two installments.
The first installment, amounting to 50% of the participant fee, is due immediately upon registration. The second installment is to be paid no later than two months before the seminar starts.
- CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1. In the event of a cancellation (to be declared in writing), the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to two months before the seminar starts, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.
- If cancelled up to one month before the seminar begins, 70% of the participation fee will be withheld.
- For cancellations made later, the full participation fee will be withheld.
2.2. The cancellation fee will be waived if the participant provides a suitable replacement who meets the seminar conditions and pays the full participation fee.
- LATE PAYMENT AND EXCLUSION FROM PARTICIPATION
3.1. If the participation fee or an installment is not paid on time, the participant will be in default without further reminder.
3.2. In case of late payment, the organizer is entitled to charge default interest at the statutory rate (§ 288 BGB).
3.3. If full payment is not made at least one month before the seminar starts, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant from the seminar. In this case, the participation fee remains due.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the seminar for important reasons (e.g., force majeure, illness of the seminar leader). In this case, the already paid participation fee will be fully refunded. No further claims from the participant exist. -
LIABILITY
Participation in the seminar is at the participant’s own risk. The organizer is not liable for damages that occur during the event, unless they are based on intent or gross negligence by the organizer or seminar leader. -
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
6.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
6.2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Mainz.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
